In House Training
Our in house training facility provides a hands on location to carry out valve control scenarios in a safe operational environment. Commissioning, servicing and system optimisation can be practised under supervision on our training rig.
Valve Maintenance
Cla-Val valves require no lubrication or packing and a minimum of maintenance. All Cla-Val products incorporate stainless steel on all key components within the valve body, pilot assembly and pipe fittings. However a periodic inspection schedule should be established to determine how the fluid handled under the hydraulic operating conditions is affecting the efficiency of the valve assembly.
Our team of service engineers is available to carry out both major and minor services on site.

Recommended period 1 year
Major service:
Recommended period every 3 - 5 years dependent on the critical nature of the valve application, the corrosive effect of the fluid handled and the findings of previous maintenance reports.
